Steve Sagraves
Steve was born in Miami, FL and studied Theology in college. He has worked as a Union Ironworker before getting into sales. He is a proud father of 8 children and 14 grandchildren and started Fresh Fruit 2 Go in 2002 when he was laid off from his 19 year surgical sales position. When Steve told his friend and mentor, about the idea of starting a company that delivered guaranteed fresh fruit to convenience stores Chuck loved the idea so much he told Steve: "If you write up a business plan I'll loan you the startup money!" So Steve mortgaged his house and started Fresh Fruit 2 Go. Since then Steve has paid off the loan and invested in one of Chuck's startup companies. After 5 years Steve looked back at that business plan and the company had more than doubled his original projection.
John Bailey
John was born and raised in Jax FL. He studied engineering in college and went to work for CSX railroad in the engineering dept. His wife and he had 3 boys, and he quickly became tired of all week traveling away from family. Getting the opportunity to buy a country grocery store near their home proved to be enjoyable. After a couple of years of success in the store, he also starting a vending business with a food service that he owned for several years. For the past 9 years, he has been with Fresh Fruit 2 Go with about 7 of those years serving as the Vice President of Sales. “I love the daily challenges and possibilities we have for continual growth at FF2G.” For that reason, John does not see himself retiring.
Our Team
Jessica Rosales
Jessica was born in Los Angeles, California and moved to Florida when she was just a baby. She graduated from Mulberry High School in 2011. During her first working years, she was able to sustain herself with small jobs here and there. In 2015, she was hired at Fresh Fruit 2 Go as a bookkeeper and is enjoying every minute of it! She's glad that she was given the opportunity to join the FF2G team as they are family oriented and allow for flexibility to spend quality time with her fiance and daughter.
Amanda Schrader
Amanda was born and raised in Buffalo, NY and moved to Florida after graduating high school. She was initially hired as a temp bookkeeper but continued to work hard and was hired full time. 13 years later Amanda is currently our office manager. When Amanda isn't working in the office she stays busy at home raising 5 children with her fiance. She enjoys traveling with her family and relaxing at the beach.
